We have been with this company for quite a while. I would not go to anyone else. Some of the guys that have done our services have become like family. Doug was just added to that list. He was very professional and pleasant to have in my home. Great job Cocalico. Your workers are awesome :)

I got to know Cocalico through the information left by the previous owners for the geothermal heating system I have. Since then, I've used them for semiannual service of that system, plus all of my plumbing needs, including a complete replacement of most of my copper piping, which had eroded badly by the local well water, as well as work on the well pump and tank.

These guys ALWAYS respond promptly, answer my stupid questions, are friendly and polite, and know what they are doing. It's so nice to have more or less local service people I have come to know and trust.

Sam has been coming to our home for several years now to perform semi-annual checkups on our HVAC system. He is consistently pleasant and respectful. He also knows his stuff. I had the opportunity to have Cocalico out twice last week. Once for scheduled routine maintenance and two days later for an emergency (no water). Both Dylan (Wednesday) and Dave (Friday) were great. They were on time, friendly, helpful, and professional. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood all my options. I'm pretty sure I was a somewhat panicked homeowner on Friday, so I really appreciated how kind everyone was, from getting the appointment set up as early as possible until the job was complete. We recently had a ductless cooling/heating system installed in our three-season room. The service provided by Mel Sanchez and his co-worker, Randall, was outstanding! They explained the install process and were efficient in setting up the new unit in our home. We were impressed by the quality of their workmanship and the level of care they demonstrated by leaving a very clean job site. We plan to have additional units installed and will be requesting that Mel and his team are our installers!
